What we cover

Parts manufactured by ORCA PARTS carry a warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If a part fails because of how it was made, we replace it.

Warranty period

• New parts we manufacture: 12 months from the delivery date
• New aftermarket parts we supply: the manufacturer’s own warranty period
• Rebuilt parts: 6 months from the delivery date
• Used and salvaged parts: sold as inspected, no warranty unless stated on the product page

What is not covered

• Normal wear, corrosion and consumables (seals, filters, gaskets past their service life)
• Damage from incorrect installation, contaminated fluid, or running outside rated pressure and temperature
• Parts modified, re-machined or repaired by anyone other than us
• Labour, downtime, towing, or any loss arising from a failure

How to make a claim

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your order details, the part number and photographs of the fault. We will tell you within two working days whether the claim is accepted and how to return the part.

Keep the part. We may need it back for inspection before a replacement is sent.
